ArtDimensions is a nonprofit arts organization run by and for artists and the artistic community in St. Louis, MO.
The Board of ArtDimensions is committed to a bright future for the City of St. Louis and its people. Programs and events are being developed to be held in St. Louis and abroad with the goal of creating a strong foundation for the St. Louis Art Community for decades to come.
In order to do this, ArtDimensions is always looking for sponsors to help with funds to operate galleries, studios, classes, seminars and possibly residences. In its 9 years of existence, ArtDimensions has rehabilitated 7 spaces into top notch gallery and studio spaces. All spaces required a LOT of volunteer design and labor to transform them into beautiful and professional gallery and studio spaces.
ArtDimensionscurrently operates the Gallery and Studio spaces at 2720 Cherokee Street. The gallery hosts primarily local artists’ work in juried exhibits which last about 6 weeks each. The studios are rented by local artists who either work out of the studios or exhibit their work there. The Gallery and Studios are on the second floor of the building. On the first floor is 2720, an innovative live music and art venue. This unique space is a venue that can hold approx. 300 people and features live music with live art being created alongside the stage.
The Monthly Artist Networking meetings and other organizational meetings and classes are held here.
